Summary:In industrial conditions the authors estimated the immune status in piglets of the White Large breed during vaccination against leptospirosis with application of nature immunomodulating activity of sodium nucleinate. According to the experiment the piglets were divided into 3 groups. Group 1 was control, group 2 received sodium nucleinate administered intramuscularly as a 0.2 alcohol solution. Group 3 received this solution at the dose of 0.01 ml/kg 8 days before vaccination and synchronously with it. As was shown, forming of an immune response depends on the dose of medica¬tion and the time of its injection. The injection of sodium nucleinate before vaccination against leptospirosis or at the same time stimulates more pronounced immune response promoting optimizing the absolute content of lymphocytes in the blood of piglets with increasing the relative number of T- and B-lymphocytes, as well as the degree of differentiating the lymphocytes
