Summary:The drivers of agricultural tractors are exposed to high levels of vibration loads. The possibilities to insulation of low frequency vibration of agricultural tractor by means of driver's seat conventional passive suspension systems are limited. By using active systems it is possible to protect the driver from dangerous vibration. In this paper the possibilities to application of tractor seat semi-active and full active suspension systems are analyzed. The analysis was conducted by means of wheeled tractor simulation model. The assessment criterion formed in this paper shown that the considerably improvement of tractor seat comfort can be obtained by using the active suspension systems.
