Summary:The results confirmed that the omission of wheat segregation according to quality represents the source of the highest losses in wheat value, but also the source of the most prominent problems in obtaining the wheat with required quality for processing industry. It was determined that the right choice of parameters for wheat segregation represents the most efficient tool for wheat quality management.
