Summary: | The study presents testing of several ways of growing of seedlings, aimed at improvement of their growth in screen house. The seedlings of cvs Mazanilla de Sevilla, Arbequina and Koroneiki were used for testing the influence of the following factors in growing of seedlings: different pot sizes (1.5 l, 3 l and 9 l), different substrata (silt + grape mash, silt + peat, silt + grape mash + coconut fibre) and mycorrhizae. The highest growth was observed in seedlings grown in 6 lit pots, whereas substratum composed of silt and grape mash proved the most suitable one. Utilization of mycorrhizae had no positive effect on growth of seedlings. High interaction of parent-treatment was observed. |
