Summary:The objective of the experiment is the establishing of the biological pollution into the sheep sheds due to the bedding and the activity of reducing it by chemical means. In this respect, CaO was used as a solution (CaOH) on the bedding surface for five weeks. In the compartment where the experiment was performed a reduction of NTG of 41.36 per cent was obtained when compared to the control.
