Researches on assessment of in vitro regeneration and multiplication technology of forage beet (Beta vulgaris L., spp. crassa D.B.)
In vitro regeneration of forage beet from apical meristem of plantlet or from plant inflorescens in Murashige-Skog medium with ANA (1 mg/l) was achieved. Summary: | In vitro regeneration of forage beet from apical meristem of plantlet or from plant inflorescens in Murashige-Skog medium with ANA (1 mg/l) was achieved. A good multiplication was achieved, in the same medium, too. Rooting was done on MS medium with ANA (1.8 mg/l) + BAP (0.02 mg/l). Acclimatization of regenerated plants was carried in two stages: in vitro - by temperature and photoperiod variation and ex vitro - by strengthening with a procaine solution (100 g/l). |
