Summary:In vitro regeneration of forage beet from apical meristem of plantlet or from plant inflorescens in Murashige-Skog medium with ANA (1 mg/l) was achieved. A good multiplication was achieved, in the same medium, too. Rooting was done on MS medium with ANA (1.8 mg/l) + BAP (0.02 mg/l). Acclimatization of regenerated plants was carried in two stages: in vitro - by temperature and photoperiod variation and ex vitro - by strengthening with a procaine solution (100 g/l).
