Summary:The bean cultivars Orizont and Progress were submitted to foliar treatments at different moments of the vegetation period with the Atonik growth stimulant (Japan), a product based on volatile oil bearing nitrocompounds, using the 1 ml Atonik for 1000 ml water concentration and the 0.5 l/ha Atonik dosage rate. The treatments applied improves the values of the morphophysiological indices analysed, determining an increase of plant productivity in both cultivars at all the data of treatment, and especially during the vegetative period.
