Solar energy as a heat source in crop drying in Sierra Leone

This paper examines various aspects of solar crop drying. The evaluation of available solar energy and its utilization in various types of dryers are discussed. Factors affecting the design of these dryers, which are mainly for use in developing countries are outlined.
