Influence of soil compaction on grain quality and yield of spring wheat

The presented studies have shown that the increase of the soil compaction influenced the improvement of the harvest index and the rise of the protein and gluten contents and of grain hardness, however distinctly reduced the yield of grain and to a lesser degree worsened the gluten index
