Summary:The experimental material consisted of: a) Dutch cultivars: Ostara, Elvira, Tenira, Gorella, Confitura, Bogota; b) Polish cultivars: Kama, Felina, Dukat, Paula; c) clones bred in the Agricultural University in Lublin: LPRB-302, LPR-98, 3040. The standard cultivar was Senga Sengana. Among the Dutch cultivars particularly noteworthy were Confitura and Tenira. The Polish cultivar, recently newly introduced, can be generally regarded as valuable ones. Kama was the best early cultivar characterized by good productivity and beautiful tasty fruits. Its negative side consisted in the high susceptibility to leaf spot and scorch. Dukat and Paula are very productive and valuable, with the ripening season a little earlier than Senga Sengana
