Suggestions to improve the participation of Innovator Farmer's in Agricultural Extension Activities in District Shikarpur Province of Sindh. The study went a little deeper to know much about innovator farmer's participation in Agricultural Extension Activities Organize by Agricultural Department. The innovator farmer's were further asked so share their opinions regarding suggestions so improve she participation of growers in conducting Agricultural Extension Activities in District Shikarpur. Their suggestion and comments are there is a need to carry out Agriculture Extension activities at Taluka level so that growers learners will not need so travel long distance. A need to diagnose the priority learning needs of farmers was expressed. This approach could improve participation in Agriculture Extension Activities. A suggestion was made that there are existing physical structures so be used for innovators farmers to satisfy their needs of in Agricultural Extension Activities carried out by she department. Landlords should recognize she value of Agricultural Extension Activities and then try to implement these new technological ideas as their land for improving production and Agricultural innovations. There is a need to ensure that innovator farmers recognizes the importance and gives it full support like other activities carried out in Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Extension provides finance and help the innovator farmers then Agricultural products will increase at an a learning rate. Efforts should be expended to educate the public about the value of Agricultural Extension Activities so that it will not be seen as just agricultural traditions; methods of cultivation. Over few of the factors rated by the innovators farmers were believed to be limiting adults farmers from participating in Agricultural Extension Activities. It can further be stated that in the case of District Shikarpur, the value of Agricultural Extension Activities is not widely known. Suck as acquisition of sills personal growth and self esteem. As long as innovators cultivators are determined positive about themselves and appreciate the value of Agricultural Extension Activities the are likely to participate more in such programmes. The flow to moderate association between opinions of innovators farmers and their age regarding factors that limit farmers from participating in Agricultural Extension Activities suggested that age had no major influence on the respondents opinion. The statistically significant differences found between many respondents regarding their opinions that selected factors limit farmers could be reflection of the Sindh Province Culture. From the general suggestions and comments of the respondents, it was gathered that some of the factors limiting farmers from participating in Agricultural Extension Activities Programmes can be addressed by NGOs and the Govt. of Sindh. Both parties need to plan a meeting to review suggestions made by the respondents regarding ways to improve the participation of farmers in Extension Programmes.
