Summary:Fore-year-old Yorkshire Terrier which had been suffered from respiratory distress was diagnosed to tracheal collapse by pathologic examination. In Korea, there is no pathologic report in canine tracheal collapse until now. Thus, this study was performed to determine the pathologic and histochemical changes of tracheal collapse. In gross finding, there was no significant pathologic lesions in other organs except trachea. All of the tracheal rings were dorsoventrally flattened and the lumen of trachea was reduced in size.
