Summary:Gliocladium virens is classified as fungal imperfect fungus, Monilales, Moniliaceae. Natural materials, particularly barley, wheat bran and rice bran could become good nutritional source for the growth of Gliocladium virens and K2HPO4 as mineral salt. Antimicrobial active rang of Gliocladium virens was very wide and the disinfective effect of Gliocladium virens biochemical for maize seeds wasn't reduced rather than the effect of that treated by TMTD.
