Summary:A new disease of baby's breath (Gypsophila paniculata L.) and gerbera (Gerbera spp.) was observed in Okayama Prefecture in 1991. The fungus constantly isolated from symptomatic plants was identified as Fusarium sp. on the basis of morphological characteristics.
