In this paper the applicability of the method to genus Picea is discussed L'analisi elettroforetica (SDS-PAGE) delle proteine totali si e' rivelata una tecnica rapida ed efficace per identificare il seme di alcune specie di Picea morfologicamente poco distinguibili. Il metodo appare, altresi', promettente per la ricerca sia teorica che applicata. Viene discussa l'applicabilita' al genere Picea di questa tecnica di certificazione del seme
