From these preliminary results, the subdivision of sheep light carcasses in quality classes seem to affect only slightly the qualitative traits of meat] Il presente lavoro e' inserito nell'ambito di una piu' ampia ricerca, volta a valutare i rapporti esistenti fra qualita' delle carcasse e delle carni degli agnelli che rientrano nella griglia mediterranea; in questa nota si riportano alcune misure rilevate sulla carcassa ed i principali parametri di qualita' della carne, a prescindere dall'origine delle carcasse. Da queste prime analisi si potrebbe concludere che la divisione delle carcasse ovine leggere in classi di qualita' influisce solo leggermente sulle caratteristiche qualitative della carne
