This strain was identified as Salmonella enteritidis
Gli AA conducono un'indagine allo scopo di verificare la presenza di Salmonella sp. in uova destinate al consumo. Vengono sottoposte ad esame batteriologico 202 uova: 36 acquistate presso supermercati ed ipermercati, 142 presso negozi di alimentari e 24 provenienti da piccoli allevamenti a conduzione familiare. La ricerca di Salmonella sp. viene effettuata sul liquido di lavaggio del guscio e sul contenuto, per un totale di due campioni per ogni uovo. Delle 202 uova esaminate, solo uno ` risultato positivo per Salmonella sp. in entrambi i campioni. Alla tipizzazione, lo stipite isolato ` stato classificato come S. enteritidis |
