ITALIANO: Viene descritta l'importanza di alcuni accorgimenti da adottare in magazzino per contenere le infezioni dovute ai marciumi acquisiti in campo o durante la lavorazione. Viene suggerito il rapido raffreddamento, la disinfezione degli imballaggi, la necessita' di manipolare con cura i frutti, evitando di bagnarli o, in caso contrario, di ricorrere alla cloratura dell'acqua. |
