Summary:This study was conducted in 2011 and 2012 at Agricultural Research Center o Saiabad. Experimental design was randomized complete block with Strip-plot arrangement o 32 treatments with 3 replications . Horizontal actor contained planting patterns at our levels including : 1- planting pattern o 50 cm on beds 2- planting pattern o 50 cm in arrow 3- planting pattern o 61 cm on beds 4- planting pattern o 61 cm in arrow. Vertical actor contained herbicide treatments at eight levels including: 1-Triluralin at 2 lit/ha soil incorporated. 2- Triluralin at 2 lit/ha pre-emergence 3- oxyluoren at 1.5 lit/ha post-emergence. 4- oxyluoren at 2 lit/ha post-emergence. 5-Imazethapyr+citogate(0.4+0.2)lit/ha respectively, post-emergence 6-Imazethapyr 1.0 lit/ha post-emergence 7-pendimethalin 3.5 lit/ha pre-emergence. 8- weed ree check. Results showd that: there was a signiicant dierence among planting patterns treatments or mungbean yield. Eect o herbicide treatment was signiicant or the %weed density decrease, mungbean seed yield and % yield increase. Eect o interaction o planting pattern by herbicide was signiicant or the %weed biomass decrease and % mungbean yield increase. According to this experiment, planting pattern o 50 cm on beds with 2.319 t/ha o mungbean seed yield, was better. Herbicide pendimethalin 3.5 lit/ha pre-emergence with 94% weeds density decrease , 88.2% weeds biomass decrease and 2.447 t/ha o seed yield, was better. Results showd that: application o planting pattern o 50 cm on beds, in conjunction with herbicide pendimethalin 3.5 lit/ha pre-emergence was recommended or weed control and seed yield increase in mungbean ields.
