Evaluation of elite barly lines in on- farm conditions

One of the effective factors on yield increas is usage of propare and developed variety. This experiment was conducted in order to study of adaption of promising lines of barly and introduce of superior lines in comparison with local checks.In This experiment 7 elite lines including MB85 -3,5,18 ,MBD-85-3,6,8,14 with checks (Nosrat, Yosef) were used . Experiment carred out as completely Randomized block design with three replictions. Triats such as days to heading , days to maturity , spike length, plant length, Thousand kernel weight and grain yield were measuread. Results showed that was significantly difference at %1 level for number grain per spike. Elite lines MB-85-3,5,18,MBD-85-3,6,8,14 with grain yield 3.26, 3.7, 2.92, 2.47, 3.63, 2.99, 2.76 ton/ha were same as the checks.
