Summary:Wheat is an important crop with about 6.5 million hectare under cultivation in Iran. Due to different types of planting machine and recent development further investigation become necessary. In this research combinates in particular were evaluated compared with common drills. The completely Random Block Design was used with four replications in this study. The research conducted in four regions of Fars, East Azarbaijan, Golestan and central Khorasan. The main machines were Rau pneumatic combinate with both cyclotiller and roto tiller, Amazon pneumatic combinate with cylotiller and finally common drill in the region. It has to be mentioned that in each region at least two combinate types were compared with a drill. Parameters of field capacity, fuel consumption, depth uniformity, germination percentage, mean weight diameter, soil penetration resistance, yeid and its components were measured and determined. The overall results indicated that in Fars all combinates performed better than common drill but Amazon combinate with higher yield can be suggested. In East-Azarbaijan region Rau combinate with cyclotiller showed promising results in all aspects. In Khorasan region, Rau combinate with cyclotiller can be suggested. In Golestan region there was no significant difference between combinates and common drill.
