Summary:In order to Study of planting pattern and Grain amounto of soybean (M.7 mutant) aexperiment was conducted at agricultural and hatural resources research center of lorestan during two years (2005-2006). The statistic design in this study was strip plot under random compeletely blocks with three replications. The vertical factor was planting pattern with three levels (a1: seed planting with lines 40cm with using of planter, a2: seed planting with lines 50cm with with using planter, a3: the distribution of seed on land with manual way and make of planting lines 50 cm with using of farrower) and Horizontal factor was amount of seed with three levels (b1=60, b2=80 and b3=100kg/haa). The size of plots were 8 meters long and 6 meter wide (8×6m2). During growth season some characters such as plant , pod per plant and etc. measured on five random plants. After harvesting seed yield and 1000-seed weight were weighted and oil percent and protein percent determinated. The analysis of variance was conducted and results showed that there were not significant difference between years. But second year showed the highest seed yield(3188 kg/ha) and first year was in second rank(2959 kg/ha). There were significant difference among seed rates at the 1% level. The amount of seed 80 kg/ha showed the highest seed yield (3442 kg/ha). Planting patterns were not significant difference. Seed planting with using of planter and lines 50cm was proper than other planting patterns. Planting pattern and amount of seed in teraction for seed yild were significant difference at the 5% level. The interaction of a2b2 whith 3568 kg/ha was in the first rank and a1b2 and a3b2 interactions with seed yield of 3435 and 3323 kg/ha were late ranks. With using of results amount of seed 80 kg/ha with row space 50cm with using of planter are recommended.
