Yield comparison of moderate wheat promising lines with checks (Pishtaz and M-79-7) under field condition in Neishabur

In order to compare yield of four wheat promising lines with checks (Pishtaz and M-79-7), this experiment was conducted in RCBD with six lines /cultivar and three replications. This experiment was laid out under on farm conditions in a farmer field of Foshanjan (NE of Neishabour) in 2006-07. Agronomical practices such as prepare of seedbed, use of fertilizer and so on did as per the conventional methods local of site . Results showed that M-83-6 and M-83-17 with 6872 and 6700 kg/ha grain yield had better performance than other lines and checks, so could be introduced as better and new promising lines.
