Summary:One of the common plant breeding methods is the creation of genetic diversity by crossing between parents and selection of generation amoung them. By using of this variability breeders can approatch to new varietis of cereals. Greater genetic differences between parental lead to high genetic diversity. In order to approatch pure line of rainfed bread wheat with profit agronomic traits, this study was conducted by Modified Bulk Method in Ghamloo research station during 2004-05. By this method selection in early generation was made through single plant and in F5 was made based on Pedigree and Bulk methods in F5 and F6,respectively. Many agronomic traits such as early maturity, cold toleranc, plant heigh were used as selection indices. Over all 72 lines and generation was investigated and finally 50 lines were selected and advanced to new breeding programs in next year.
