Summary:The tidal freshwater pond used had low water and soil ph of 4.5 and 4.3 respectively. Water entered the pond through incoming tide. After 100 days of rearing juvenile prawn stocked at 723 (averaged weight 0.37 g) had a survival rate of 50.5 and weight of 19.5 g.
