Summary:The study of applying of urea, SP36, and Rhizo-plus fertilizer were conducted on acid upland in Parenggean, Central Kalimantan in rainy season of 1999/2000. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of urea, SP36, and Rhizo-plus application on growth and yield of soybean. Treatments were arranged in Randomized Block Design, three replications, with eight combination of treatments, i.e. N0 = without urea, N25 = 25 kg urea/ha; P62,5 = 62,5 kg SP36/ha, P125 = 125 kg SP36/ha; R0 = without Rhizo-plus, and R1 = application of Rhizo-plus. The result revealed that the highest yield of soybean (1,12 t/ha) were obtained by 25 kg/ha urea + 62,5 kg/ha SP36 + Rhizo-plus application Penelitian tentang aplikasi pupuk urea, SP36 dan Rhizo-plus pada kedelai telah dilaksanakan di lahan kering masam Parenggean, Kalimantan Tengah pada MH 1999/2000. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian urea, SP36 dan Rhizo-plus terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai. Perlakuan disusun dalam rancangan acak kelompok tiga ulangan dengan delapan kombinasi perlakuan dari N0 = tanpa urea, N25 = 25 kg urea/ha; P62,5 = 62,5 kg SP36/ha, P125 = 125 kg SP36/ha; R0 = tanpa Rhizo-plus, dan R1 = pemberian Rhizo-plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tanah lokasi penelitian hasil kedelai tertinggi dicapai oleh perlakuan 25 kg urea/ha + 62,5 kg SP36/ha + Rhizo-plus (1,12 t/ha)
