Summary:The aim of this research was to know the phosphate concentrated in Tondano lake and to study the increasing of phosphate concentrate in Tondano lake. This research was conducted at the field and laboratory. The analysis of the water sample was held in environment laboratory of Agricuture Faculty Sam Ratulangi University. The samples were taken from ten locations in Tondano lake, two samples from the south, five samples from the east, two samples from the west and one sample from the north of Tondano lake (outlet lake). The result showed that the highest phosphate concentrate was 3.75 mg/l from the east of Tondano lake (Eris). It was increasing of phosphate concentrate in 21 years (1979-2000)
