Summary: | Residue degradation of chlorfenvinphos, 2-chloro-1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl) vinyl diethyl phosphate, in field plots of lemons, followed two first-order decays. The first one, from application to 14th day, with a half-life time of 16.5 +- 3.6 days; the second one, from the 14th day forth, with a half-life time of 31.7 +- 11.3 days. On the other hand, Naveline oranges and Satsuma mandarins treated with chlorfenvinphos at the first fortnight of june, at the first fortnight of september and both, at a rate of 1.8 Kg/Ha and harvested at the first fortnight of october, showed residues of 0.09, 0.32, 0.42 and 0.13, 0.39, 0.46 ppm of chlorfenvinphos, respectively |
