Summary:The interrelatioships between yield and yield attributes as well as seed and protein yields analyses were studied in twenty five crosses and their parents during 1981/1982 and 1982/1983 seasons. The important results can be summarized as follows: Seed yield was positively and significantly correlated with number of pods/ plant, number of seeds/ pod and 100-seed weight. Also, protein yield was positively and significantly correlated with seed yield/ plant, number of pods/ plant, 100 seed weight protein percentage while, it was negative and significantly correlated with number of seeds/ pod. Path analysis revealed that the most important seed yield components are number of pods/ plant, number of seeds/ pod and 100 seed weight since they contributed about 96.47% to the seed yield variation
