Effect of explants and hormones on the adventitious buds differentiation in tissue culture of 'Rieger Begonia'

以丽格海棠的茎段、叶片及叶柄为外植体,通过培养直接诱导不定芽的形成,研究了外植体类型及外植体前处理,生长素、细胞分裂素类型及其配比对不定芽分化的影响。结果表明:丽格海棠中度成熟茎段经4℃冷藏处理后离体培养,死亡率低、分化出芽快、分化率高;叶片及叶柄分化所需时间长、无效芽数多;NAA和6-BA诱导不定芽分化效果好,且6-BA0 75mg/L+NAA0 1mg/L配比中不定芽分化率最高。...
