Summary:The aim of the thesis was economic analysis of the slaughter animals classification according to the EUROP norm, defining of the differences of the slaughter bulls quality and defining of the relative price differences among individual classes. In the set of 112 slaughtering bulls, the average weight of right slaughter half was 128.73 kg, average percentage of the meat parts 74.66 %, average re-calculated price of the meat part 91.81 Sk and average percentage of tallow on the right slaughter half 7.97 %. In calculating the average price of 1 kg of the meat part on the slaughter half, we started from the averge marketing price - 68.40 Sk per 1 kg of meat on bone.
