Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and chronic hepatitis in a dog - a case report

A case of seven-year-old female of German Shepherd is presented, in which pancreatic acinar atrophy as the cause of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and the chronic hepatitis was diagnosed. The diagnostic procedure is described and possible relationship between the two diseases is discussed.
