Pollen germination in natural population of myrobalan in the Upper Polimlje region, Montenegro, was subject of examination during 1998 till 2000. Considering 30 examined genotypes, the average pollen germination was 73.94% which points that the myrobalan, as a fruit sort, has vital pollen. But, amon...

Summary:Pollen germination in natural population of myrobalan in the Upper Polimlje region, Montenegro, was subject of examination during 1998 till 2000. Considering 30 examined genotypes, the average pollen germination was 73.94% which points that the myrobalan, as a fruit sort, has vital pollen. But, among the examined genotypes there is a great genetic variability of pollen germination, between 32.33-93.95%.
