Summary:为提高水稻秸秆木质纤维素的能源化利用效率,采用磷酸-丙酮对水稻秸秆进行预处理,研究预处理水稻秸秆粒径、固液比、温度、时间对纤维素酶水解糖化率的影响,并用扫描电镜分析预处理前后水稻秸秆结构的变化。结果表明,水稻秸秆预处理的适宜条件为:粒径≤380 μm、固液比1∶8、温度80 ℃、处理时间为1.5 h,在此条件下预处理的水稻秸秆纤维素酶水解糖化率从未处理水稻秸秆的18.6%提高到预处理后的65.4%。SEM分析表明,经磷酸-丙酮预处理,水稻秸秆晶状结构遭到破坏,并崩解为碎片,从而使后续的纤维素酶水解糖化率显著提高。 To improve lignocellulose energy-oriented use efficiency of the rice straw,rice straw was pretreated with phosphoric acid-acetone.
