Summary:利用30对SSR引物对存在耐密性差异的9个玉米自交系进行SSR标记分析。结果表明:15对SSR引物在9个自交系间检测到54个等位基因变异,平均每对引物检测到3.6个等位基因变异,多态信息量(PIc)平均为0.56。多态性高的引物有umcl590,phi96100,phi053,phi006,umel705,phil23,phi328175,phill6,umel741,推断在染色体位点1.06,2.00,3.05,5.03,6.07,7.04,7.06,8.03附近可能存在与耐密相关的基因,在7.04附近几率最高。 In this study, 30 pairs of SSR primers were used in 9 maize inbred lines with density-tolerant property difference. The results showed that 54 alleles of the 9 maize inbred lines were detected by using the SSR primers. The mean value of gene alleles per locus is 3.6 and the average PIC is 0.56. SSR primers umc1590, phi96100, phi053, phi006, umcl705, phil23, phi328175, phill6 and umc1741 have high polymorphism, inferring that there may be high density-tolerant genes near chromosome locis o
