In this study, 30 pairs of SSR primers were used in 9 maize inbred lines with density-tolerant property difference. The results showed that 54 alleles of the 9 maize inbred lines were detected by using the SSR primers. The mean value of gene alleles per locus is 3.6 and the average PIC is 0.56. SSR primers umc1590, phi96100, phi053, phi006, umcl705, phil23, phi328175, phill6 and umc1741 have high polymorphism, inferring that there may be high density-tolerant genes near chromosome locis o |
