Comparison of soil microbial community characteristics of organic and conventional vegetable fields

The difference of soil microbial community characteristics betw...

Results showed that there were more soil microbial biomass, soil fugal colonies, soil actinomycetes colonies and higher activity of soil acid phosphatase, catalase and urease in organic vegetable fields than those in conventional vegetable fields. Soil bacterial phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA)contents detected in organic and conventional vegetable fields were 12.64 nmol.g-I and 7.29 nmol .g-i respectively ,with significant difference (P〈0.05). And the results of principle component analysis combined with R-type clustering analysis showed that the comprehensive score
