Genetic analysis and qtl positioning of primary branch number trait in liaojing371×liaojing326 combination

应用植物数量性状"主基因+多基因混合遗传模型"方法,分析了辽粳371×辽粳326一次枝梗数(primary branch number,PBN)性状的遗传效应。结果表明:一次枝梗数性状的遗传符合两对等加性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型(E-4),两对主基因的加性效应相同,均为-0.618;主基因遗传率为48.4%。经SSR标记,利用Qgene软件对该F2代群体进行QTL分析,在第1和第8染色体上定位到两个基因位点qPBN-1-1和qPBN-8-1,加性效应分别为-0.736和-0.388,贡献率分别为11.7%和10.8%。遗传分析与QTL定位结果基本一致。 Primary branch num...

Summary:应用植物数量性状"主基因+多基因混合遗传模型"方法,分析了辽粳371×辽粳326一次枝梗数(primary branch number,PBN)性状的遗传效应。结果表明:一次枝梗数性状的遗传符合两对等加性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型(E-4),两对主基因的加性效应相同,均为-0.618;主基因遗传率为48.4%。经SSR标记,利用Qgene软件对该F2代群体进行QTL分析,在第1和第8染色体上定位到两个基因位点qPBN-1-1和qPBN-8-1,加性效应分别为-0.736和-0.388,贡献率分别为11.7%和10.8%。遗传分析与QTL定位结果基本一致。 Primary branch number(PBN) trait of Liaojing371×Liaojing326 were analyzed by the mixed major gene plus polygenes genetic model of quantitative traits.The results showed that PBN trait was controlled by two equal major genes plus polygene with additive-dominance effects(E-4 model).These two major genes showed equal additive effects as-0.618.The heritability of two major genes was about 48.4%.SSR markers on F2 and Qgene software were used to anylisis QTLs of this combination.Two gene loci qPBN-1-1 and qPBN-8-1 were positioned on Chromosome 1 and 8 with additive effects of-0.736 and-0.388,heritability of 11.7% and 10.8% respectively.The results from genetic analysis and QTL positioning were matched for the most part.
