The results showed that compared with CK the CO2 enrichment could increase shoot height and stem diameter of eggplant plug seedlings, as well as its contents of dry matter accumulation and leaf area ; it also could promote the chlorophyll content, the capacity of photosynthesis was improved; its root activity was obviously higher through CO2 enrichment. On the 14th day, soluble sugar content increased by 88. 07%, 119.51% and 133.48% respectively compared with the check.
