Summary: | In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was suggested the most perfect construction of a three-product classifier, which made it possible to purify polluted wash liquids, which were formed at repair services. There was described a process of electric current flow in liquids with different properties. There was presented a graph of changing the resistance of washing solution depending on the concentration of oils in it. Analytically and experimentally there was based the possibility of automation of the work of hydro-cyclone with the help of electrical resistance measurement. There was substantiated a hypothesis that in case of exchange of type of emulsion by the other one there should be noted a substantial change in electrical resistance and the difference in magnitude of resistance values of emulsions of different type could be used for automation of work of a three-product hydraulic cyclone in process of purification of liquid cleaning solution. |
