State and basic directions of development of plough creation in the Republic of Belarus

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed state and the main directions of plough construction and production. In the Republic there was developed a new generation of ploughs for bed plowing and flat plowing. For the better adaptation of analyzed ploughs to the national natural and production conditions, as well as for increasing the quality and lowering the energy consumption of plowing it is necessary to realize the following steps: to broaden the nomenclature of frames for plowing of shallow soils, humid soils, dry and heavy textured soils, as well as slop lands; to develop and master industrial production of the following supporting working bodies for ploughs: plow skim colters; tube-in-sheet knives; rippers of subsurface zones for plowing for intertilled crops; fronts for ploughs for the extra treatment of furrow slice; devices for adjustment of the width of grabbing devices of frames. Photos and through analyzis of different ploughs produced by different companies were presented.
