Summary: | In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized the evaluation of a rating of potato (Solanum tuberosum) diseases which determined the seed properties of elite potato produced by subjects of elite (mother) seed production. In course of the study there were analyzed the standard indexes of tuber qualities of seed potato. Also, there was presented a three-year ratio of potato diseases (bacterial ring rot of potatoes (Corynebacterium sepedonicum); black scab (Rhizoctonia solani); potato tuber eelworm (Ditylenchus destructor); dry rots; soft rot (Erwinia caratovora); potato scab (Actinomyces scabies)) in elite potato seeds. Results of extension of potato tuber diseases of recognized varieties were stated. In accordance with results of phytosanitary expertise of potato elite seeds it was stated that in the ratio of tuber diseases the highest frequency rate was marked for potato scab (silver scab of potato (Spondyctadium atrovirens) and common potato scab (Actinomyces scabies)). There was marked a long-term dynamics of phytophthora rot of potato tubers in elite seeds with the variation of disease spread from 0,3 up to 0,7%. There was noted the irreceivability of presence in elite seeds of such potato diseases as ditylenchus (Ditylenchus destructor Thorne), black stem (Pithium), bacterial ring rot of potatoes. |
