Summary: | In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were developed hybrids of apple (Malus) seedlings resistant to apple scab (Venturia inaequalis), fire blight (Erwinia amylovora), rosy leaf-curling aphid (Dysaphis devecta Walk.), as well as there were determined genotypes promoting the extension of storage terms. Eleven apple hybrid families by different crossing combinations based on cv. Charavnitsa were produced. Accessions containing in their genome genes of resistance to scab Vf, rosy leaf-curling aphid Sdl, QTL resistance to fire blight and alleles of Md-ACSl gene, promoting apple shelf life increase among hybrid seedlings were revealed. Transfer of the above-stated genes was controlled by the molecular marker technology. The number of accessions containing the given genes decreases with an increase in the number of combined traits during developing apple hybrid seedlings with a complex of genes non-linked between themselves.
На основе сорта Чаравница получено 11 гибридных семей яблони от различных комбинаций скрещивания. Среди гибридных сеянцев выявлены образцы, содержащие в составе генома гены устойчивости к парше Vf, красногалловой яблонной тле Sdl, ЛКП устойчивости к бактериальному ожогу и 2/2 аллели гена Md-ACl способствующие увеличению срока хранения яблок. Контроль за переносом указанных генов осуществлялся с помощью технологии молекулярных маркеров. В процессе создания гибридных сеянцев яблони с комплексом несцепленных между собой генов в одном генотипе количество содержащих данные гены образцов снижается с возрастанием числа сочетаемых признаков. |
