Summary:One of the directions of increase of level and quality of the rural population life is the application of contract stem of labour remuneration. The essence and value of the labour contract are considered. Distinctive features and the contents of labour contract are reflected. The analysis of the contracts concluded with experts and heads of agricultural organizations of the republic is made. At the same time in contracts there is a number of positions of the general character. There are the obligations of the employer to the head, requirements to promote performance of the order for the state needs according to contracts, to adapt economy for market economy conditions, to help the head at realization financial and industrial-economic activities. For performance of the above-stated obligations it is necessary for employers to concretize in details the last as they have declarative character. Two variants of the decision of a problem on improvement of system of hiring of the managerial personnel for the purpose of work stimulation are offered
