Summary:Optimization of the industry long-term plans of production development and distribution is one of the developing areas of mathematical methods application. Respective techniques have already been worked out, and optimization models and methods have been widely applied in industry planning. The development of oil-fat industry sub-complex plays an important role in providing food safety of the country. That is why it is very important to plan the development and distribution of industry of rape oil seeds initial processing using economic and mathematical methods. The article deals with the modeling of the development of both reprocessors of oil-fat industry sub-complex and their areas of raw materials in the Republic of Belarus. Some experimental calculations have been made on the basis of the developed model. The analysis of the results obtained makes it possible to give useful recommendations to develop the reprocessors of oil-fat industry sub-complex as well as the areas of raw materials of the above reprocessors
