Genetic structure of sows and boars populations is studied on ESR, PRLR, FSHB and RVR1 genes. Analysis of genetic structure of sows and boars - producers of Duroc breed showed monomorphism on ESR, FSHB and RVR1 genes and only PRLR gene polymorphism was determined. Correlation between PRLR gene and reproductive traits of population is stated
