Summary:The method of generation of the experimental pancreatitis in weanling piglets with the help of the analog etiological factor was described and applied in the experimental laboratory conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Data on the clinical disease course, laboratory indices of enzymatic composition of blood and urine indices on the forth, eleventh and eighteenth day of disease observance were presented. Hematological indices and indices of the biochemical examination of piglet blood were analyzed. The created pathology proceeded with the typically evident nosological periods of disease, similar clinical traits, and identical pathogenesis and therefore could be correlated with the pathology taking place in the production conditions characterized by metabolic disorders and revelation of the typical immunological changes in piglets. The rationalized substantiation of the adequacy of the experimental pancreatitis model with the ones occurring in natural conditions was presented. Clinical and laboratory diagnostic of the studied pathology taking into consideration the immune and metabolic disorders was developed
