Summary:The description of antimicrobial properties and toxicities of a complex disinfectant drug PMC is done. The selected composition of the preparation N7 (the working name PMC ) at loading of test microbes 0,5 billion, expositions of 30 minutes, in dilution of 0,01% possessed by bactericidal activity, including albuminous loading. To culture Mycobacterium terra bactericidal action was shown in concentration of the preparation of 0,025%. Acute toxicity of PMC in experience on white mice at intragastric introduction has made 2500 mg/kg of body weight. Acute inhalation toxicity of the preparation has made LK50 -100 ml/cubic m. Chronic intragastric and inhalation toxicity of the preparation PMC in experience on white mice was absent. The working solution (3%) preparation PMC - possesses weak local-irritating property and not sensitizes of the rabbit’s organism during experience. The complex disinfectant preparation PMC in concentration of 0,1% possesses bactericidal properties in relation to the cultures allocated from a rabbit-hutch (intestinal stick, protey, staphilococcuses)
