Summary:The problem of protein content in diets of agricultural animals can be solved various ways, one of which is fodder yeast production. On the fodder advantages yeast are close to forages of animal origin and surpass some vegetative forage. Now in Belarus the fodder yeast received from waste of spirit manufacture (the Bobrujsk hydrolytic factory) and fodder yeast (provit), received on the Novopolotsk factory by microbiological way from rye and bran are used. During work chemical compound of provit, its influence on dynamics of growth of experimental animals, hematological parameters, meat-and-bacon qualities of pigs, economic efficiency of use of provit in structure of mixed fodders for young pigs are investigated. As a result of research it is established, that optimum norm of input of provit in mixed fodders are 3% on weight. Feeding its to young pigs at growing and fattening does not render negative influence on state of health and physiological condition of animals
