Research results of the development of the rational method of distribution of financial means for state support of agricultural enterprises basing on the principles of the maximum payment for use of available and attracted production resources and equalization of economic environment on the agricultural enterprises taking into account the climatic and economic factors of the Republic of Belarus are presented. The proposed method bases on the integral index taking into account the resource efficiency and resource provision of agricultural enterprises. The proposed method should be realized in three stages: determination of agricultural enterprises with the most effective use of production resources with the further establishment of standards of the effective use of the production potential; ranking of agricultural enterprises according to the criterion of the highest profit from the available production resources; distribution of state preferences between agricultural enterprises taking into account the resource provision and efficiency of production potential use. Formula for calculation of the coefficient of production potential of agricultural enterprises use is presented. Calculation of the integral correction coefficients for the distribution of financial means among the regions taking into account the factual and standard potential repayment and resource security of agricultural enterprises is stated.
