Summary:As a result of approbation to the conditions of central soil-erosion zone of Belarus the most known calculated models of water erosion of soil, namely for outwash calculation by thaw waters - an equation of G.P.Suramach and methodics of Moscow State University, the washout by downpours - an equation of G.P.Surmach and W.H.Wischmeier and D.D.Smith was established that these models do not approach to annual prognosis of erosion processes in connection with their high error compared to actual data. It is reasonable to use for an assesment of potential erosion danger of slope lands of republic the methodics of Moscow State University named after M.V.Lomonosov - at the calculation of soil outwash by thaw waters, "universal equation of soil losses" of W.H.Wischmeier and D.D.Smith - at the calculation of soil outwash by downpours
